The light doesn't work as advertised, I can only get different shades of blue. The colors red, yellow, green, etc. are not displayed when trying to change the color. These lights are too expensive to buy something that ends up in the trash.

I've had these lights for a long time and they are fantastic! I have a comment: It's not able to display colors based on what your TV/PC is showing. Would definitely pay more for it. But these light strips are really good when you are trying to create a nice atmosphere in your room. Also check the APP, check their app for deals before you buy here, you can literally save 50%.

So I bought these lights for myself and they were bad. BUT IT WAS GOOD. After I said goveee they responded immediately and helped me. They asked me what the problem was and immediately sent me a replacement kit PLUS a FREE KIT without question. So now I have my current lights and TWO BRAND NEW SETS that Goveee sent me as "compensation" or whatever they want to call it. Updated: (Added photos and warranty notice) Great LED strip features with remote and iOS app control. Easy to assemble but the tape wasn't sticky enough to attach it to the wall to the ceiling overnight. Had to add brackets nailed to the wall to secure. I ordered them for the wall and hung them. The first set had sections that didn't light up after about a week. I contacted Govee and they quickly replaced the same item. I understand that I only have a bad light streak. I was waiting after the Christmas holidays to swap out the bar and go downstairs and lo and behold. in less than 12 hours the section blew diodes! When I received them from Revain I installed them straight away. Glue: not the best, but works. It's great for plastic and wood, but not so good for painted walls.
