Very misleading information

I bought two of these, the first was 3 inches larger than I ordered. I received a large size and the packaging said 'Large' so I measured it and it was very large, obviously incorrect packaging or description. So I tried and still couldn't get it back. I ordered the next size down and I'm honestly giving up on their two small ones. The sizing descriptions are simply wrong, or the sizes are reversed in the outer boxes that indicate the size. I measured my dog and the first one should fit. If the coat was the specified size.
