The quality is terrible and the product is not what it says it is.
On February 2, a purchase was made and the payment was made online. The filter continues to be a major issue despite the fact that all of the smaller orders have previously been delivered. Continually serves breakfast and provides the option to cancel the order and place a new one. Why do I have to wait a few days for a refund, and then I have to place another order? How challenging is it to deliver things that have already been paid for? After all, the order has not been canceled, and the products are still available for purchase.
- I have no doubt that the filter is effective. However, because it is still being delivered, I am unable to check.
