So far so good, best in repair kits

They seem thick and big. I ended up using a combination of these foam nose pads and the 1mm silicone nose pads above. I have a really flat nose so my glasses sit at a comfortable height now. And don't worry about changing them, there are a lot of them per arch and I'm thinking 2-3 arch blocks. Many Thanks.
