I was so excited to try this product but unfortunately it dried up. Even after turning it upside down overnight, the product only comes out after the first two or three touches. Also, anything I could put on my eyebrows didn't last long. Looks like I'll eventually invest in real microblading. UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered a full refund or sent a new product to try again. The new product they sent wasn't dry and I've used it so I'm updating my rating to 4 stars. However, I don't give it a 5 because the product doesn't last very long on me. I think it's because I have oily skin. Definitely give it a try because the customer service is brilliant!
