The monitor was brought into the country illegally, so LG will not service it under warranty. This was the reason why the warranty service was denied. The seller, on the other hand, provides somewhat uninvolved responses. To brush me off, they simply tell me to wait up to 45 days from the moment we receive your monitor until we can evaluate the situation. And the fact that he cheated on me with the LG service is of little concern to them; in any case, I've grown weary of spending time with him.
