First bad, then good! Upon opening a much larger box of otters, I found what I thought was a badly damaged block. After carefully opening the inner box as the retail box, the real "campervan" was NOT damaged. Good, because I couldn't get a replacement in time for my granddaughter's birthday. I think the person would see the damage and not send it for delivery. I can only assume that the assembler only "saw" the end and the other two sides when he took it off the shelf. The good news is that the 7-year-old girl and her younger 5-year-old sister haven't stopped playing with him. separate, eat and sleep. As an older man I was impressed with the detail in every aspect of the motorhome and ALL the accessories. I know if I ask them if I can play with them they will run me over with an RV :)>>Super well made product<<
