Review on 🛒 Changeable Letter Retail Store Fixtures & Equipment - Executive Office Solutions by Deelo Sylvester

I didn't know how to rate Executive Office Solutions and this product initially seemed good. Most reviews of it were excellent, few complained that the frame was cracked and cheaply made. I made an unboxing/review video - see below or above? - and at first everything was fine. The frame and back have been well designed and built with quality materials. I then tore off the plastic wrap and found damage to the felt - watch the video. This was clearly pre-shipment and I cannot express how disappointed I am with Executive Office Solutions that they knowingly shipped a damaged product! I will be contacting her and Revain to return this and will use another manufacturer of this product! Stay tuned!
