Pretty good bag. Fits easily in my laptop, lunch and files. The handle and wheels are solid and have withstood my abuse so I really like it. My only complaint is the flash. Sometimes it's a legal tug of war to open it. Sometimes my patience is enough and sometimes not so much. But even with the crazy zipper, I'll still wear it. From now on I'll just have a coffee before trying to open it. The bag itself is still nailed down with no cracks, so it's breaking. The handle and wheels are very durable despite my constant bullying. I've got a light 25lb stuff in it and it handles it easily but with this zipper. Grrrrrr! The fabric the zipper is sewn to gets caught in the zipper causing me to have seizures even with coffee.
