I like the heavy rope tie along the edges. The entire system seems sturdy and with the middle support legs, allows you to sit first without fear of damaging unit. The pillow is a nice touch. I have a feeling the rope ties will eventually rot and ruin it, so we are keeping it folded up and covered when not in use. This item was purchased as a Christmas gift. The first one arrived and was opened on Christmas morning and it was broken. The DC where the plug goes was broken and it could not be lit up. We returned the item for a replacement. The company did not ask any questions and gladly replaced the item which we were very happy about. The second one arrived and it too was broken.
