Received 2 chairs. Sat in the first one and it collapsed. during the assembly process the rivet that should go through the hold in tub was not through the hold. Rivet is there but did not go though the pipe. The second issue is that the reclining metal rod that should go into the recline holder is poor. First lounger that arrived had really short legs and was impossible to get out without ending up on the ground. Second lounger was the right height. Can't return or exchange the first one. I'm stuck with it. Wasn't able to open the first one until it was too late to return. Never used it.

I like the heavy rope tie along the edges. The entire system seems sturdy and with the middle support legs, allows you to sit first without fear of damaging unit. The pillow is a nice touch. I have a feeling the rope ties will eventually rot and ruin it, so we are keeping it folded up and covered when not in use. I bought a set of two chairs. One chair was not put together correctly. One of the tubes is to be secured with a pin through it. The pin is there but the tube is under the pin. The chair is totally unusable. Now I have to pay shipping to return them. Not happy!
