I like the heavy rope tie along the edges. The entire system seems sturdy and with the middle support legs, allows you to sit first without fear of damaging unit. The pillow is a nice touch. I have a feeling the rope ties will eventually rot and ruin it, so we are keeping it folded up and covered when not in use. Not to mention, it keeps it clean.I have always gone for the cheap aluminum ones, that seem to easily blow into the pool and the webbing rots. I wanted something that my kids could use and not be ashamed of when people came over. Not that I like people, but it is nice to not have to worry that the neighbor doesn't fall through the rotten webbing.The slanted back rest is adjustable, but easier to adjust before sitting. Once you are lying down, the lounge is so heavy duty, that it is not easily adjusted. That's okay for us, because it feels nice and strong. I plan on buying four more this fall.
