Received 2 chairs. Sat in the first one and it collapsed. during the assembly process the rivet that should go through the hold in tub was not through the hold. Rivet is there but did not go though the pipe. The second issue is that the reclining metal rod that should go into the recline holder is poor. Where the rod should sit to recline is made of plastic, and broke during the first use. Couple that with the recline holder in general is poor design, every time you sit in the chair the back wants to come forward and out of the cheap plastic holder. What happened to Revain return policy? I requested a return and it says selling will contact me. I just want my money back. These were $169 each and I would have expected quality for that price. It says seller will contact me in 2 days. Yuck. Just FYI I weight 180 pounds so well within the spec's of the chair.
