I'm 5ft 9in, 145-150lbs, waist 30in, hips 39in, large size fits me perfectly with more than enough comfortable stretch when i need it. The material is buttery soft and the wide waistband is folded in half for a little more support. They are very comfortable and I have already ordered a second pair in the leopard print. Your sizing chart is a bit shaky so I would suggest just ordering your regular leggings size. :)
