I read all the reviews so I was cautious about setting up this printer myself but was optimistic as I consider myself reasonably tech savvy. This printer cannot be configured. I tried it following the instructions. I ran to Best Buy to buy a dumb cable that cost $25, I tried the instructions that people had posted in the reviews, I tried to watch Youtube videos. While I was able to sync my cellphone, I wasn't able to sync the printer to my Mac laptop, which I really needed. I spent about 6 hours trying to figure it out (I definitely didn't succeed). I called Canon first thing this morning and it seems you need a different download package for OS Sierra from Canon's website (go to website, select iP110 model and on Mac download CUSP version). And when adding the printer, there were 2 different versions of the Canon iP110 on the Kind-Bonjour and Canon IJ networks. Choose the online version of IJ. And voila! The tech support girl was able to get me through it in less than 10-5 years with no waiting. I mean seriously - how the hell would I have known all this if it wasn't in the instructions. The printer itself is fine. It gets the job done, but I took off 2 stars because 1) setting up wireless is a complete nightmare, 2) missing the USB AB cable you need if you can't set it up wireless, and 3) it not working complete with battery pack. Let's not call it a "mobile printer" unless it's fully mobile and you need to be plugged into an outlet to use it. Damn, RIP 6 hours of my life.
