I was very excited to get this printer as I was traveling and its portability would be very useful for business trips.

I bought this printer based on the number of purchases and the average number of reviews. I was very happy to get this printer as I was traveling and its portability would be very helpful for business on the go. Everything seemed fine. I have followed all the instructions. I looked for the video given in the instructions but couldn't find it. There were instructions on youtube which I followed. No matter what I did, the printer would not respond or align the printheads, even for a test print. I

Worst setup and support for a product I've ever bought

When I finally got the printer up and running, it worked great, but the setup and support was terrible. When I first got the printer, I followed the installation instructions. I could see the printer, but when it asked me for a password, I entered my network password and it was rejected every time. I've done this four or five times. I then contacted tech support and explained that they would not accept the password. The tech said she would transfer me to a higher level tech who would call meโ€ฆ

Installation is a nightmare and additional parts must be purchased

I read all the reviews so I was cautious about setting up this printer myself but was optimistic as I consider myself reasonably tech savvy. This printer cannot be configured. I tried it following the instructions. I ran to Best Buy to buy a dumb cable that cost $25, I tried the instructions that people had posted in the reviews, I tried to watch Youtube videos. While I was able to sync my cellphone, I wasn't able to sync the printer to my Mac laptop, which I really needed. I spent about 6โ€ฆ
