Review on πŸ–¨οΈ Enhanced Wireless Mobility: Canon Pixma iP110 Printer with AirPrint and Cloud Compatibility by Greg Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was very excited to get this printer as I was traveling and its portability would be very useful for business trips.

I bought this printer based on the number of purchases and the average number of reviews. I was very happy to get this printer as I was traveling and its portability would be very helpful for business on the go. Everything seemed fine. I have followed all the instructions. I looked for the video given in the instructions but couldn't find it. There were instructions on youtube which I followed. No matter what I did, the printer would not respond or align the printheads, even for a test print. I never got the chance to print anything because it kept failing in setup mode. Also the fact that I was using a Macbook Air. Instructions and printer are not suitable for Apple. I've tried both the included driver and the Cannon driver from their website. The printer still did not respond to the alignment error and wireless interface setup. I spent several hours trying to figure it out. In the end, after all this, I decided that this printer might not be worth it if it's so difficult to set up; so i returned it for a refund. I've worked with computers and printers for 25 years and I've never found initial setup to be this difficult. I may have gotten a broken one, but Cannon didn't make it easy for me to find the information I needed. I did not call customer service as I felt their help was not guaranteed for a product that was not as good as they claimed. Why fight it? Although I really hoped I would like it.
