When I finally got the printer up and running, it worked great, but the setup and support was terrible. When I first got the printer, I followed the installation instructions. I could see the printer, but when it asked me for a password, I entered my network password and it was rejected every time. I've done this four or five times. I then contacted tech support and explained that they would not accept the password. The tech said she would transfer me to a higher level tech who would call me soon. They called me within five minutes. I explained my password problem again. I gave the technician access to my computer and after a while the technician told me that they had a security issue with my computer and that they would charge me about $140 for additional support to resolve my issue, after which they can connect the printer. When I told the tech that the additional tech support was more expensive than the printer cost me, he hung up. Then I went to the Amazon product review and started reading the reviews. I should have done it first. From one of the reviews, I learned that the password was the printer's serial number. When I put the serial number in the password it worked fine. I couldn't find this information anywhere in the start or owner's manual.
