comes with everything shown in the picture/description. worked fine, just need a bit of practice, that's all. I will use this kit again in a few days and maybe things will get better. I got a small perm at the waterline of my top lashes :(. but I would definitely recommend it as it does what it says on the tin. I didn't use eye pads because the one that went on my bottom lashes didn't would hold up and a piece of the comb broke.everything else is perfect.there is so much oml plastic packaging.the little bottles are glass so be careful and they have cork stoppers.
