The dinosaur race track is an inexpensive toy which succeeds in covering several bases as a child's toy. It has dinosaurs (check), it has powered race cars (check), it has a customizable race track (check), and it has a modest amount of scenery to set the stage for the race track (check). The cars run on a single AA battery apiece so the cost of operation is low. It is a nice rainy-day toy for a child with an interest in dinosaurs as fantasy objects. An adult is required to change the batteries (which is appropriate for the age group) and to do the initial track setup. Once set up, the track is easy to move around by the child. It was given as a birthday present last week, and I do not have usage feedback yet. I'm happy anyway.
