The best compliment

I purchased this product for Christmas 2021 for my 3-year-old nephew. My sister just mentioned to me the other day, that many toys that enter their home are only played with sporadically and are often thrown out after a few months of not being touched. But she said that this toy somehow had the staying power to last in their house for a full year and is still popular. That's really the best compliment I think I could get from a toy is that it was able to capture the imagination of the…

Pros
  • A Favorite Gift for my grandson.
Cons
  • The track pieces do not fit together securely, leading to gaps and misalignments

Very cheaply made - my new review

I don't like how the bridge has nothing to attach to or anything that connects it to the track (road) of the toy. Parts are very cheaply made. Dinosaur cars are hard to get in to the battery area to install batteries. Came with pieces that don't go to anything else. I can go on and on really. Don't waste your time or money for real!

Pros
  • One car moves a little slower than the other but he loves it. He picked it out himself
Cons
  • Christmas Day.. One of the car tires broke off and doesn’t work anymore…

Grandson absolutely loved this!

Everything came as described in photo. All parts were there! My 3 yo grandson actually put this together mostly by himself. Great toy which he still loves to play with!

Pros
  • my grandson loved this.
Cons
  • Only one of the cars work the other will not turn on.

Not a lot of track and easy falls apart

Not terrible but not especially good either. There’s not enough track to build it like the picture shows. The slopes don’t clip in so they fall and the bridge is flimsy.

Pros
  • My kids love this track it can take a beating as well
Cons
  • The set is not engaging enough to hold children's attention for an extended period

Okay purchase: my feedback

The Dino cars although cute are very hard to get the battery in and out of. The bridge does not stay together well. With all that said my visiting nephews loved playing with it.

Pros
  • The playset is perfect for both boys and girls, making it a versatile gift option
Cons
  • The set takes up too much space for the limited play value it offers

Easy to assemble?: my feedback

The t-Rex that came with it does not stand up. his feet are misshaped n of course that is my grandson’s favorite. the tracks are too hard for my 4 y/o to put together. They do not easily come together.

Pros
  • Easy to put together
Cons
  • The cars are poorly constructed and frequently break

Revainrating 3 out of 5

If the bridges stayed up this would be awesome

The bridges are virtually useless and definitely require an adult to assemble them if you can get them together at all. If they snapped together with the track, this would be a ton of fun but unfortunately they just don’t stay together.

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • my little one loves this but the tracks break easy, and I need to know if I can get more track

Revainrating 5 out of 5

easy to use for my opinion

I was afraid when I opened the package that this was going to be another toy that I would end up packing up and sending back. No directions anywhere to be seen. After I got the hang of putting the track together it was really easy and goes together quickly and my grandson loves it. it would e nice if the Dino cars were rechargeable rather than battery powered.

Pros
  • The toy is constructed with high-quality, durable materials to withstand frequent play and rough handling
Cons
  • The track is not smooth enough for cars to glide seamlessly

Good gift for toy drive

I don’t have children but I bought this for a local toy drive so I cannot give too many details but the people sponsoring the drive told me it was a good choice.

Pros
  • My grandkids love it!! But they do wear out the batteries!
Cons
  • The set does not include enough track pieces to create a satisfying course

So much fun! in my review

Nephew loved this track! He played with it for hours. One of the cars broke shortly after getting it, but overall it was fun!

Pros
  • Kid approved.
Cons
  • The track is too flimsy to support multiple children playing at once

Revainrating 4 out of 5

set was missing a piece

My grandson was so excited to receive this for Christmas, however, we are missing a piece to complete his track. I have missed the return window, but would like help on getting the missing piece so he can play with it. It is one of the gray pieces for the hanging bridge. There were to be two and his set only contained one. any help would be appreciated.

Pros
  • My grandson loves it
Cons
  • The color scheme of the track and cars is dull and unappealing

🦖 My son loves it and hours of fun!

I got this for my son for his 3rd birthday. One of the best gifts. He loves it. He likes the Dinasour cars, the eyes light up on them. The track is really cool and different than others. Your child will love it!

Pros
  • Got this for my grandson he just turned 5and was able to assemble on his own...he loves it
Cons
  • The set does not come with clear instructions for assembly

Check for damage upon receipt

I bought this in August for our grandson’s October birthday. When he opened the box after unwrapping the gift, one of the dino cars is broken and is not repairable. Too late to return for exchange lesson learned. Always check products upon receipt.

Pros
  • Dinosaur Themed Race Track -Create unique dinosaur track of dinosaur world. A good interaction toy for boys and girls.
Cons
  • The cars do not have adequate speed for a thrilling race experience

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It is a flexible race track.

The track is flexible. Track snapped together easy. Did not set up whole track because of impatient 2.5 yrs old. He loved dinosaur cars. Those plus his other cars and trucks moved fine on track. Unsure if parents set up rest if track once home, but he loved driving his vehicles on and around.

Pros
  • Bought for my grandson for christmas, he loved it. Dad put it together in no time at all
Cons
  • Loved it while it lasted … both cars busted within the week

Toy anxiety? My 2 year old LOVES this toy.

I saw another review saying not to buy if your child has "toy anxiety" because their 3 or 4 yo gets stressed when it doesn't work the exact way they want it to.that's how you learn.Anyway, despite my 2 year old not knowing exactly how to put the track together, he absolutely loves it. I can certainly say that it has brought 0 anxiety and tons of fun! Although if there WAS any stress regarding the toy, I would simply teach him how to get the results he wants, as opposed to blaming the toy and…

Pros
  • Toys & Games
Cons
  • The set is not visually appealing and lacks attention to detail

Flimsy but works: my feedback

The first thing I noticed was there are no instructions, besides the little tiny slip in the photo which doesn't show what needs to be seen anyway. You gotta figure it out by looking at the box. Multiple pieces fit together to build the bridge, but they don't stay together and if you bump it, it comes apart. I glued the supports on to fix that. Next, there are *barely* *justenough* track pieces to make it all fit together. One more piece of track would have made a HUGE difference in this toy…

Pros
  • The playset promotes hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and problem-solving abilities in young children
Cons
  • The cars do not have enough inertia to effectively compete in a race

Flimsy but works ok, car broke immediately

This is a decent toy but is quite flimsy. The cars do have decent power but batteries run out pretty quickly (a day or so of on and off use for us with the first battery). One car's wheel popped off the axle right away and can't be fixed, and the tire treads come off easily too. The bridge comes apart sometimes, easy to put back together but annoying. I'm really disappointed that I bought this in August for Christmas, because now I see the poor quality and can't return it.I can't find any…

Pros
  • The dinosaur theme can be an educational tool, teaching children about prehistoric creatures
Cons
  • The track falls apart easily when exposed to moisture

Cars both broke within few hours

Kids love it, but both of the cars barely work. It’s almost like they have shorts in them. They’ll barely go around by themselves and then randomly stop and need you to push them to get going again and the one barely works at all even with help. Will be returning unfortunately

Pros
  • Remote & App Controlled Vehicles & Parts
Cons
  • The set is prone to falling apart during play, leading to frustration for children

If I Could Give 10 Stars

Kept a very active 4-5 yr child that needs his attention held, busy for 4 hours while his mother participated in a tele-meeting integral to his health and well being. The build to play facets of this were perfect. He didn't even get to battery portion of the play. We had lined up activities etc. and for her to utilize and only needed this. Sturdy value that holds up to a rough and tumble little one. Have and will continue to recommend this! WOW!

Pros
  • A little smaller than expected but 4-year old toddler liked it. Also doesn’t come with batteries.
Cons
  • The set does not provide enough accessories to enhance the play experience

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Covers several bases for a small boy.

The dinosaur race track is an inexpensive toy which succeeds in covering several bases as a child's toy. It has dinosaurs (check), it has powered race cars (check), it has a customizable race track (check), and it has a modest amount of scenery to set the stage for the race track (check). The cars run on a single AA battery apiece so the cost of operation is low. It is a nice rainy-day toy for a child with an interest in dinosaurs as fantasy objects. An adult is required to change the batteries

Pros
  • The track pieces can easily be assembled and disassembled, making clean up and storage a breeze
Cons
  • The set does not provide enough variety in terms of play modes
