Valves keep falling down

I like how the cups are insulated so I can take milk on the go for my toddler, but the inside valves keeps coming loose and falling down, so then when my child drinks it, milk spills all over or if it's tipped over, it spills. This happens quite frequently so I'm looking for a new cup. Also my child chewed the soft silicon spout so it's coming apart so I had to throw one top away.

Pros

Love this cup! My daughter uses it with ease. No spills at all!

Cons

The insulation is not very effective and liquids can quickly lose temperature
