I saw an ad for sunset lamps on Tik Tox so decided to check them out when I saw these ones and was totally amazed at how quickly I fell into this little one lamp fell in love. I'm sure it goes back to some form of color and light therapy, but lately I've found that I keep my regular lightbulbs dimmed and let that bulb stay on one color or slowly fade from one color to the next in my room very cool and relaxing. The atmosphere. Also makes a relaxing night light. To be honest it was most of the last week and is still going on. Highly recommended and the price is great too!
