You'd think it was personal protective equipment when you showed a so-called scientist wearing this in a lab, right? Or at least something close to it? In truth, these are pretty cheap plastic goggles with side vents that will never protect you from chemical splashes or even Covid-19 particles if someone sneezes in your direction. The elastic band is quite tight and not very comfortable as it loosens throughout the day. The only plus is that you can wear glasses underneath. My advice is either use this until you find something much better, or just keep looking.
