How do you forget to make cutouts?

This is just sad... I don't normally write reviews but c'mon how did you forget to cut out the buttons for the screen? And it looks like I'm not the only one complaining about it! Don't buy from this lazy company that doesn't have good quality control! Sorry I couldn't leave 0 stars.
