Not what I expected

Bought 2 of these - as soon as I receive them I get an email from the manufacturer asking if everything is ok as I think it was at the time I said they were ok to seem to have had a few other complaints, it's been about 2 months and they're not responding well at all, problems with both. Would like a return.
