Review on Sylvania Portable Bluetooth Radio BoomBox by Joe Calabro

Revainrating 3 out of 5

BoomBox seriously misses Boom.

Sometimes you just get what you pay for. It s cheap. Inexpensive. Depending on the purpose you are buying this for, this may or may not be a good buy for you. I bought it for a 10 year old child. As he is not picky about the sound quality (loud and loud) he is very happy with it. The back strap doesn't hold up well. If you move the block, it will fall out. This needs to be resolved. He uses this with his cheap Bluetooth headphones. It basically works. Loses connection which is annoying. The USB charger works to charge his headphones. This is a plus. There are NO preset stations. Why? This should be the standard in today's world. He is also very "touchy" when trying to get to a specific station. It's plastic. No wonder. no clock All in all, this is just a good BoomBox. I hesitate to call it BoomBox as Boom is clearly absent.
