UPDATE BELOW: Within 12 hours of posting my initial comment, the manufacturer's customer service department contacted me to offer a refund for the product (even though the return period had expired). They admitted they had received complaints that the new formula smelled bad. They apologized and said they were working on a new product that would be similar to the previous formula. I pray this happens soon because other products on the market just don't work for me. I'm grateful for this gesture, but I'll keep my rating at 1 star until it's confirmed that the new formula is in stock. ____ I am angry. I've been using this for years. Recently (April 13th) bought 2 gallons to stock up. Just today I opened one of these and found it smelled stronger than usual. I just thought I was sensitive and washed my urine stained blanket in it. Now I can't get the smell out and it's disgusting. No, I don't mean urine - the smell of the product! I've washed it 4 times and I can still smell it from the laundry room two floors up. I have long pledged never again to support a company that changes their product without explanation. A wonder of nature is now on this list. I want my money back but it's out the window. Pooh.
