Broke after 1 use - calm water
The black piece broke off after 1 use. I took my jet ski off the trailer and set about tying it to the dock. The black piece just came loose. When this happened, the water in the lake was very calm. Apparently, Revain will only refund money. I just have to replace this one. The other one is still ok and I was able to use it, but I need 2 working ones. I don't want a return. I want working bumpers.
