Difficult to install
Product reduces walking but not completely. He does a great job with sound. Installing them under a heavy washing machine is no joke. Crowbar levers are your friend. Be careful and put something underneath in case it slips so you don't pinch your fingers. Make sure the washing machine is positioned exactly where you want it before setting it up. They can't move it if they are under it. All in all, they're basically doing what they're supposed to do, ie. Even in a horizontal position, the washing machine moves easily.
