The thing is so tight, be careful. It's size XL and I have a tattoo on my forearm that I need to hide for work and size XL is really tight but does the job on my forearm. If you order it and it seems too small to you, you can stretch it by placing it like a mug or something similar for a few days. I have very thin hands but if I needed this for my wrist I would probably need a small one. For reference, I weigh 125 pounds if that helps.
