This case is pretty good. I especially like the Apple Pencil holder. Nice gesture. The case itself has a sticky shape to keep it from slipping out of your hands. It's definitely a nice touch in my opinion, but if you're used to shelling cases, it won't slip like some others do. The only reason I'm giving it one star is for two things: (1) because of the longer length of the lid and the "loose" part of the lid that wraps around the Apple Pencil holder when the case is fully open tends to be slightly more flexible (and wrapped around) than those without a retainer; (2) This is actually putting pressure on the edges of my tempered glass screen protector, causing the screen protector to blister/lift a bit at the edges. The lid fits snugly, but doesn't let the protective film through to the edge.
