Very pretty on umbrellas

Bought for my 4 year old granddaughter. A little big, but next year she will grow into it. It's very cute and she loves it! The quality is good and well made. Yes, as the review says, it's slippery, but with the help of a safety pin, it works fine. Happy with my purchase.
