Review on Mattress Protector Adjustable Waterproof Noiseless by Greg Baker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Take extra care when washing and drying

Over the years we have used a variety of waterproof mattress covers with varying degrees of success. Many of these eventually failed and leakage entered the mattress, with the care and age of the covers being of great importance. It's too early to tell, but it passed initial testing. Some stages have a membrane fused into the surface (they failed more often), while others have a hard plastic sheet under a soft layer. A key element of care is not to overheat or dry them, which is easy to do, and air drying is best. It appears to be a thin layer of plastic. It doesn't look like it will hold up to multiple washes so I would be extra careful with the stirrer and dryer. But washing on a gentle cycle and short drying cycles or air drying is the best way to extend the life of your profile. The fabric and canopy are fine and it's designed for a deep pocket mattress with a stretchy skirt.
