Recently, I had a poor experience when purchasing at Favbal, and I have to admit that I am really dissatisfied with the quality of their customer care. While they do have a significant selection of items for the house and kitchen, the quality of the customer care they provide is severely wanting. To begin, the prices of their goods are excessively high, which makes it challenging for customers who are shopping on a limited budget to make purchases from their establishment. The quality of their products is not great however, and I was able to find comparable products on other internet retailers' websites for far lower prices. However, the most significant problem I encountered with Favbal was the quality of their customer service. My order was incorrect, and it took them a very long time to react to any questions or concerns I had about it. As a result of their inability to assist me and their lack of empathy, I was left feeling aggravated and unhappy. To make matters even worse, the delivery of my order was much past the date that had been promised as the delivery date, which caused me a great deal of hardship. Even the products themselves were not wrapped correctly, and several of them were broken as a result. In conclusion, I do not advise patronizing Favbal because of the quality of their products. The combination of their products' exorbitant prices and their unsatisfactory customer service results in a bad buying experience. Shop elsewhere if you want to save yourself the hassle, as there are lots of alternative online retailers that provide superior quality both in terms of pricing and customer care.
