My dog has been eating this for over a year. suddenly he refused to eat it. About two months ago I opened a new bag and immediately noticed that it had a lot of dust left over from processing. I even said something to my wife. he smells him and removes his head. when I bring it to my mouth, it turns its head away and backs away, even refusing a little. I called Blue and they were absolutely no help. the customer service rep immediately denied that the recipe had been changed as if she actually knew of any minor changes and said she would pass the information on. I didn't write my name down or anything like that. not impressed by her attitude. Maybe the rating is ok. tried changing the taste to red meat, same dust, same reaction.
