I ordered a 'very good' used one that just claims to have been repackaged with no damage. However, it arrived crumpled. Then I read reviews about the new dented ones. I dented rather than exchange or try again I would leave dents and take a discount. i love color Actually, that's my favorite color. The size is huge and can withstand so much. But because my kitchen stays so warm and the bread always spoils. I decided to just leave this beast in the living room. At least it's beautiful. 3 dents on the top but luckily on the back. I don't regret my purchase. Obviously I would have preferred not to take any damage. I just didn't want to risk getting another one and having the exact same issue and possibly in a worse place. Dents aside, I love it, but be prepared that you'll need a decent spot for it as it's very large. I wanted to put two different types of bread, English muffins, and taco shells in mine, and there was room left! The box itself has 5 stars. There are clearly no dents. But I left it at 5 because it's perfect with no dents and I could trade it. So it was my decision to keep it.
