Review on LADIBUGS by Matthew Augustin

The online store for LADIBUGS was disappointing for me. It was distressing that my first aid box, which I had ordered, was incomplete when it arrived because an emergency requires a complete kit. They were useless and disrespectful when I contacted their customer service department. I've made several attempts to resolve the issue, but I still haven't gotten the missing products or a refund. The inconsistent quality control and disregard for their clients at LADIBUGS worry me. Although they provide high-quality products, I'm apprehensive to employ their services once more due to their bad customer support and inability to resolve problems.
