Grounded AC adapter works, clear picture

I originally bought the AC adapter from AC Doctor INc but there were fuzzy lines. Then read the review that says it's not grounded and buy from TigerSecu https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1K9DN7M3FOK6D/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B076HKCRNG The TigerSecu power supply works. I get clear video from Lorex cameras again with no blurry horizontal lines.
