Thin wires, enough for my 8 camera system even though there are 9 power wires. Just switched it to a different power cord. Worth its price. Please note, do not use it to power the DVR box, only use the direct line, it is only for powering the cameras.

I originally bought the AC adapter from AC Doctor INc but there were fuzzy lines. I get clear video from Lorex cameras again with no blurry horizontal lines.

The camera indicators were no longer displayed on the monitor. Thinking the dash cam was dead and needed replacing I searched for dash cams until someone on youtube said to check the POWER SUPPLY to the cameras and found that the cameras were only getting 4v and not 12v. Bought them based on the great reviews. Connected and an instant view of all 8 cameras with a crystal clear picture day and night. TIGERSEKU you are COOL! Thank you.

My old DVR system with security cameras required 3 different power connections - one for the DVR itself and 2 additional ones each serving 4 cameras. One of those extras died around the same time as my old dash cam so I replaced it with the Tigersecu version and added this power supply. Now I only have 1 power cord instead of 3 and everything works great. I would recommend this to anyone who has a similar setup and needs a single source power supply.

This product has allowed me to eliminate multiple separate power supplies, reducing the number of power cords clogging the back of my 18 channel CCTV system. However, I could only use four power strips because the device could no longer work with cameras. Many of the currently available cameras require 1 or more amps of current to operate and therefore the maximum current is only 5 amps which severely limits the capabilities of the product.
