Right from the start I am very happy with my purchase! The Bye DVR connected directly to my existing cameras with no issues and actually looks better and the receiver is easier to use and navigate because it's intuitive. The best part is that when I had an issue, the Tigersecu people were there to support their product. My first contact was to send an email and almost unbelievably I got a call back from a girl named Sandy who did her best to answer all my questions. While following the troubleshooting steps with Sandee I encountered another issue which caused one of the two separate power supplies for each side of the 8 channel cable to fail. This left us at a loss for a day or two, but the people at Tigersecu continued to work tirelessly until the problem was resolved. Heard from 3 different dedicated people at Tiger both via text and phone until my system was up and running again. The solution to my problem was a new power supply which cost me less than 20.00!
