Charming and beautiful quality. I have 2 as you can see. 3-4 fits my taller 2 year old who is 37 inches and 30 pounds with plenty of room to grow and move around. I'm glad I ordered the size I had, it's cute and comfy/not tight for her. Adorable with leggings!
