I bought a Shentec 16 bay NiMH battery for my recently purchased Revain Basic AA batteries. I don't know if this is the brand of batteries I bought or for use in tiny fairy lights/small Christmas lights. They don't hold a charge very long. I charged the batteries several times until they were "fully" charged. Then I experimented and put them back in the charger (without using them) and the charger showed them NOT charged. I put them back on the charger and they took about 8 hours to charge. (they were said to be fully charged). To be honest I don't know if I bought a Revain charger or rechargeable batteries. I try to be a conscientious consumer by charging. I've used regular batteries in the past and I'd say they lasted twice as long as rechargeable ones.
