BRIGHT and they flicker at low settings.
Arrived on time, looks good, although one burned out after three hours of use. These are light shades of white. The biggest bummer is that they flicker when set low on my new under cabinet light. I emailed the company and received a very nicely worded reply. Highly recommend if you need bright white illumination and agree they work on high settings. A plus is that they run absolutely cool compared to the original halogen bulbs.
