I saw a similar foot file at a friend's. Its diamond shape and sharp claws seemed remarkable. It's pretty darn cool to use and works really well. It removes dead skin with little pressure or effort. However, it requires care and caution. I came close to injuring myself by removing too much skin and I would NOT use this on another person or recommend it to anyone with limited sensation in their feet. Otherwise it works well and is better than a pumice stone or other foot cleaning tools.
