Very happy with this electric heater. The mantle is very strong and hard. The installation instructions were detailed enough that it was one person's work. Once switched on, the insert looks pretty cute. Gives the impression of a flickering flame. What I really like is if you don't want heat, just create an atmosphere, turn on the flame with no heater, and you're done. When you're ready to warm up, this unit heats up the room extremely efficiently. I love that I can save money by only heating the room I'm in and not the whole house. And there is a nice cape for small trinkets. I have 4 dogs and because she is so strong I have absolutely no fear of being knocked over. end Very satisfied!
