My wife has been using biotin for dry mouth for years.

My wife says she loves Biotin because it helps dry mouth. She has tried other liquids but says Biotene works best for her and will continue to use Biotene. The taste is good, the price too. She recommends you give it a try if you have problems with dry mouth.
