I use this product on hair, skin and as a makeup remover. I learned from a book that almond oil can be used during pregnancy so I rub it on my stomach to prevent stretch marks (I'm 8 months pregnant) and so far it seems to be working well. Although it is an oil, it absorbs quickly into the skin. It really doesn't smell like other products claim to smell, although they actually do. I have frizzy, dry hair and after showering I put some product on my hair to help with dry ends. My hair looks more alive. I am very satisfied with this product.
