I ordered this because it was offering two day prime delivery before my trip in cold weathers. I am always cold, even in summer, I will have a sweater or something just in case. No matter how many layers I wear, I am always freezing.I was still a bit cold wearing this thermal but not as much with my previous ones. I don’t think it would keep me warm under 15°F.I saw mixed reviews and was hesitant to order but I am glad I did. It worked out for me. I am keeping it. I didn’t find it itchy as other viewers have mentioned. So it all depends on the individual. I would say give it a try.
