I like that it is encrypted, so no one can see what we are saying or who you're talking to unless they know your password! It's also very easy for anyone with access to my phone number (which isn't really secure) to gain unauthorized access. The interface could be more intuitive; sometimes it takes me multiple tries before I figure out how to do something in order send an image/video message etc. We use this as our main communication tool between all employees at work now since everyone has iPhones which makes using iMessage difficult.
